Shipping& Refunds policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately, and we are unable to issue refunds. Please note that all sales are final.

Shipping:

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $80! All orders are billed and shipped discreetly for your privacy. Please allow 10–15 business days for delivery. Orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that we are unable to ship to FPO and APO addresses due to restrictions on rechargeable batteries containing lithium.

Conditions for returns:

For the wrong products you receive, we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned products. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The products were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The products are in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Gifts:

If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
